About Oxygen Tanks

For ozone production, a high-quality oxygen source is required. Oxygen tanks provide ultra-pure oxygen and are available in two main types:

1. Medical Oxygen Tanks

• 99% pure oxygen
• Require a doctor’s prescription
• Use an 870 regulator (included with Recover U ozone therapy kits)  small cylinders
• Use an 540 regulator (included with Recover U ozone therapy kits)  larger cylinders

2. Industrial Oxygen Tanks

• Also called food-grade oxygen
• Easier to obtain and more cost-effective in North America
• Require a 540 regulator (this product)
• Available for lease or purchase from welding/industrial suppliers
