Several years back we have asked ourselves, what would make a perfect ozone sauna (an ozone sauna EXTRAORDINAIRE) and here are the points we thought important.

1. Wet heat, meaning steam, because the water droplets are the best carrier for the ozone molecules.
2. A sauna constructed out of a fiberglass –a material which is rated as highly ozone compatible material. The reason for this is that ozone is being very caustic will eventually disintegrate other materials creating toxic by-products harmful to your cell (cytotoxic).
3. The position of the body in the sauna should be semi-reclining as the lying position can cause breathing difficulties and problems for people with cardiovascular challenges. Additionally, semi-reclining position is the most comfortable and relaxed position allowing you to stay in control of your body.
4. A seat adjustable for many types of bodies, from short to quite tall, to fit and sit comfortably.
5. A slanted position allowing the sweat to drop off from your body by law of gravity and thus not allowing the toxins to re-enter through the pores of skin and back into your blood steam.
6. The sauna cabinet should be a solid product that doesn’t break easily and will be lasting a lifetime, making it economically and environmentally sound.
7. It should heat fast and keep its temperature so it is inexpensive to run.
8. It should be a product build in North America rather than imported from across the globe.

Since there was no ozone sauna that would satisfy all the points above, well, then we had to design and build one.
