🥵 Why does the heat make me feel so wiped out?

At first, I thought it was just me. But then something clicked — something simple, yet often overlooked.

The truth is: heat doesn’t just exhaust us — it activates detox.

Here’s what I’ve realized, both from experience and working with ozone steam saunas for years:

💨 In our Ozone Steam Saunas, we use EWOT (Exercise With Oxygen Therapy) — pairing steam and ozone with concentrated oxygen. The body, under this controlled heat, mimics a state of exercise: your circulation increases, metabolism speeds up, you sweat more, and toxins begin to move.
